What is Phare Citadelle?
A place for good food, drinks, and lots of fun. Looking for an escape this summer? Then this space just might be for you!
Inspired by the old guinguettes on the banks of the Marne or the Bavarian Biergarten, Phare Citadelle invites you to come and relax until the end of October and have a drink by the water, all in a culinary, cultural, social and solidarity-based ecosystem!
Thirsty and/or hungry?
A bar and a catering service are available on site from 6:00 PM to 10:00PM! A tempting menu of local products is proposed and can be accompanied by local beers and natural wines.

Phare Citadelle is not just a temporal bar!
It's the third place that lights up the Citadelle district! Enjoy a spacious terrace by the water, a selection of fresh drinks and food, and a diverse program of events throughout the season.
A program is planned throughout the summer:
- The Phare Citadelle kitchen: Lunch service on Sundays only, during brunch, and evening service from Thursday to Sunday (6 pm–10 pm).
Flammekueche is served on the terrace on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, weather permitting. - Chine Citadelle: A flea market held one Sunday per month (except in August and October).
- Solidarity Yoga classes on selected Sundays with Gaëlle Le Sann and Maïli Rakotondrahaja. Pay-what-you-want pricing (recommended minimum: €5 cash). Registration by email: yogapharecitadelle@gmail.com.
- AMAP des Bassins (from May 28): Distribution of organic baskets every Thursday from 8 pm to 9 pm. Registration by email: amapdesbassins@proton.me.
- Le Repère de la Cloche, every Friday from 4 pm: A friendly gathering for local neighbours, with and without housing, from Strasbourg.
- Anim&Moi and its facilitators will offer daytime workshops for children throughout the season.
