Dogs are your constant companions and we’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience, taking into account their needs as well as those of all travellers. For safety reasons, only pets in carrier bags and assistance dogs are allowed to accompany their owners on our boats (see general terms and conditions of sale). For any other request, we can offer you a tailor-made solution.
Are you the proud owner of a dog and would like to enjoy a boat tour of the must-see sights of our famous European capital?
Good news: thanks to Nabila, you can enjoy your cruise with complete peace of mind.
She offers a dog-sitting service, ideally located in the Meinau district, just a stone’s throw from the main tourist attractions. Whether for a few hours or a whole day, your dog is welcomed into her home in a warm and safe environment, 24/7.
And if you don’t have time to drop your dog off – no worries: Nabila will come and pick up your furry companion directly. A simple and convenient solution for a stress-free cruise, both for you and your dog.

Rules for accepting animals on-board:
- The animal’s papers must be in order (no systematic check is carried out, but their owner may be subject to a check and the animal may therefore not be accepted).
- The animal must be in an appropriate carrier bag, with maximum dimensions of L42 x W32 x H36 cm.
- If the bag containing the animal is on the lap of the person in charge, there is no associated cost.
- If the person in charge wants to place the carrier bag with the animal inside on a seat next to them, they must purchase a seat for their pet at the adult fare (or full or normal fare). The animal in the bag should come into contact with other customers as little as possible. A single person should therefore choose a window or aisle seat. If there are at least two people in charge, they should put the bag containing the animal on the seat between them.
- If the animal behaves in a way that does not allow for a calm and clean cruise, the person in charge may be required to disembark at the nearest jetty. If the animal’s behaviour requires that the boat be cleaned, a minimum fee of €150 will be charged to the person in charge of the animal.
