Onboard Best Practices Guide

Welcome on board

The entire Batorama team is delighted to welcome you on this cruise. To ensure that your experience takes place under the best possible conditions, we have prepared a guide containing essential information and useful tips to know before departure.

We wish you a wonderful discovery and an enjoyable time on the water.

Getting settled on board

Do you need help using your audio guide device? Check out our tutorial to learn how to:

  • Properly connect your headphones;
  • Adjust the volume;
  • Select the correct audio channel.

Good to know: the Suzel boat is not equipped with a screen displaying the commentary channel. To determine which channel to select, simply put on your headphones and follow the onboard audio announcements

Good practices to follow

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and the smooth running of the cruise, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Remain seated throughout the cruise unless instructed otherwise by the crew.
  • Do not open umbrellas on open-deck boats, even in case of rain or high temperatures. This may obstruct the view of the crew members piloting the boat from the rear.
  • Access to the stairways located at the front and rear of the boat is strictly prohibited due to the risk of falling.
  • Do not throw anything on the floor or into the water. At the end of your cruise, you may keep your headphones or place them, together with their packaging, in the recycling bin located at the boat entrance. We will ensure they are recycled.
  • Do not drink the water from the toilets, as it is not potable.

The safety of our passengers is our top priority. Life jackets are available underneath each seat if needed. Life jackets are intended exclusively for passenger safety in the event of an emergency. Their use or handling outside this context is prohibited.

Please take a moment to consult the safety plan available on the boat on which you are travelling and familiarize yourself with the main safety instructions.
